Pole Dancing is a unique dance a form of performance art combines flexibility, strength, elegance and posture in a fun and enjoyable way. Pole dancing never feels like a fitness classes, it`s never boring and you will always leave feeling you have had a great workout. Whether it`s toning your body, losing weight or just having fun with our beginner to advanced classes. In our Studio you can find a class for you.
Our beginners pole dance courses really are for complete beginners, you don’t need any experience to take part. All our Pole Dancing Beginner`s courses run over five weeks and each class lasts for 1 hour. New Courses every 6 weeks.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We recommend that you wear shorts (better for grip on the pole) or jogging bottoms are fine. T-shirt or vest tops are suitable – anything comfortable. Bare feet are fine to get you started start. We ask that you do not wear socks during class as they can cause slips.
Please do not wear any hand cream, body moisturizers, self tan or creams on the day of the class as this makes the pole slippery and dangerous.
All hanging jewellery including rings and necklaces should be removed before class. Exposed belly button bars should be removed or covered with a plaster.
ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS?
To take part in our classes you must be aged 16 or over. There are no upper age limits.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK?
Booking each class or course is essential. Please book your place online or via our site.
If for any reason you cannot make your class please cancel your booking with at least 24 hours prior to the class or you will be charge for the missed class. Places are limited with never more than 2 people per pole.
